Our 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your watch, you have 14 days after the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible, your item must be in new, unworn condition, free of any scratches or signs of wear, and returned in its original packaging with all materials intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact@casablancan.com. Please note that all communications regarding returns, inquiries, or claims must be conducted exclusively through our official email address or the chat box available on our website. We do not recognize or process requests made through any other communication channels.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Address:

Return addresses are provided only after a return request has been reviewed and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or a prepaid return label.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

• For defective or incorrect items: If approved, you will be automatically refunded in full to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• For all other approved returns: If approved, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued by us.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for any reason. To be eligible, the item must meet our condition requirements as stated above. Your refund will be processed according to our “Refunds” section.
